Veradigm will be updating the Production EPCS environment with the latest Microsoft February patch updates (this includes the Shield, Protected Store and DRoI applications)

NOTE: Beginning on 4/8/2026 at 12:01am EDT (midnight), until 4/8/2026 at 4:00am, EPCS services (Controlled substance prescription transactions) will be available with minor interruptions.

There will be several brief periods where failovers are conducted that may result in errors when prescribing.
