Attention ePrescribe Users!
We will be updating the Production EPCS environment with the latest Microsoft February patch updates (this includes the Shield, Protected Store and DRoI applications)

Starting at 12:01am EST (midnight) on Wednesday 3/4/2026 until 4:00am 3/5/2026, EPCS services (Controlled substance prescription transactions) will be available with minor interruptions. There will be several brief periods where failovers are conducted that may result in errors when prescribing.
Those users impacted should be able to immediately resubmit their EPCS transaction successfully.
