Attention ePrescribe Users!01-Feb-2025
Veradigm will be updating the Production EPCS and Prescriptions (RXHub) environment with the latest Microsoft January patch updates.

Starting at 12:01am EST (midnight) on Wednesday 2/5/2025 2025 until 4:00am 2/6/2025, EPCS services (Controlled substance prescription transactions) will be available with minor interruptions. There will be several brief periods where failovers are conducted that may result in errors when prescribing.

Those users impacted should be able to immediately resubmit their EPCS transaction successfully.
