Connectivity Disruption Notification Related to Change Healthcare23-Feb-2024
Change Healthcare is experiencing a network outage due to a cybersecurity attack. Change Healthcare has advised that they are working to address the matter but has not provided a timeline for resolution. In the meantime, this may prevent some pharmacies from receiving electronic prescriptions.

It is recommended that you monitor your message queue closely during the time of this Change Healthcare outage. If you experience errors with an urgent prescription, it is recommended that you use an alternate method of communication (i.e. paper prescription, call or fax to the pharmacy, or choosing a different pharmacy). In this case, please also send in a Cancel Prescription for the original electronic prescription to prevent duplicate prescriptions. As always, follow your state-specific guidance for all prescriptions, including Controlled Substances.
