Attention ePrescribe Users!
In accordance with industry-standard security practices, periodic updates to the ePrescribe Identity platform security certificates are required.

Maintenance for the ePrescribe Production environment is scheduled for tonight Thursday, August 13th from 10:00 p.m. to Midnight ET.

The Veradigm ePrescribe application will remain available throughout the two-hour maintenance window. However, users may experience intermittent service interruptions during this time.

A follow-up announcement will be published once the maintenance has been successfully completed.

If you experience any issues after the maintenance window has been concluded, please contact Veradigm ePrescribe Support.
