In accordance with industry-standard security practices, periodic updates to the Shield platform security certificates are required.

Maintenance for the Shield Production environment is scheduled for Friday, August 7, from 12:01 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. ET.

The Veradigm ePrescribe application will remain available throughout the four-hour maintenance window. However, users may experience intermittent service interruptions during this time.

A follow-up announcement will be published once the maintenance has been successfully completed.
